I loooooooooooooooooooove summer! I thought I'd tell you some of my favorite things to do in summer, while I work on doing a post with lots of recent photos in it. I can't post it yet, because there are so many photos and it will take a while.
Run through the sprinkler. (Sometimes I play a game with my friends where you have to try to stand right next to it, and at the very last moment try to run away without getting wet.)
Go to outdoor pools. (My absolute all time favorite one is Sunset Pool.)
Have a squirt gun fight with friends. (You can buy squirt guns at places like Michael's, Target, & Ross.)
Have a contest with friends to see who can stay under freezing cold hose water in a kitty pool the longest.
Have a lemonade stand, a duct tape wallets and bracelets stand, or a stand where all the money you make goes to endangered species. (National Geographic is good.)
Make ice pops in flavors like lemonade, orange, strawberry, root beer, etc. and see which ice pops taste the best with your friends.
Run around at the splash ground.
Buy a pair of plain white flip-flops and decorate them with things like fake flowers, stick-on rhinestones, ribbons, buttons, beads, duct tape, etc.
Have races with friends.
Make a clubhouse in the backyard. (You can use a blanket over a table, a blanket over a tree, or just put your tent in the backyard.)
Have cookouts.
